For us on the spectrum, decision-making is often exhausting, overwhelming, and anxiety-provoking. Individuals with autism will gain practical insight for making decisions, evaluating their choices, and taking healthy risks to achieve their goals. Professionals and parents will be equipped to empower those on the spectrum to understand the seven steps of the decision-making process, the different types of choices, and ways to improve decision-making skills. Ron shares his struggles with executive function and how he learned to make sound decisions to accomplish his goals and become a husband, dad, author, and a professional in the medical field.
