We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to take a moment to inform you about some upcoming changes at Therapeutic Concepts LLC that will be implemented in March 2024.
In an effort to ensure that we can continue to provide the highest quality therapeutic services to our special needs community, we will be re-constructing our pricing system. This adjustment is necessary to reflect current costs, including the expenses associated with our highly qualified staffing and maintaining low ratios in group and therapeutic programming. Please note there are no changes to 1:1 therapy services received via Medicaid through the Children’s Waiver Program.
We understand that changes in pricing can raise questions, and we want to assure you that we are striving to balance the needs of our business with our commitment to serving our community. If you have any questions or concerns about these adjustments, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Recreational, Music & Art Therapies
- 1hr- $60
- 45 mins – $45
- 30 mins – $30
Call for OT Private or Semi-Private Pay
Group Programming
Rec Therapy Community/Adult Group Pricing
- Prices vary per partnership (guaranteeing larger groups of 6 or more participants)
Licensed/Certified: ART, MUSIC or REC Therapist Led Groups
- All beginning at $25 per hour group per person ($150 total for 6 week program)
- Future Social Skills set to increase in price to $25 beginning March 2024
- Future Music Therapy Groups set to increase to $25 beginning March 2024
- Individual Art Programs run by CTRS may be higher due to supplies
OT Group Programming
- $35 per person, group of 3 for skills-based OT, 1 hour
